This is your opportunity to customize your mOtto Shop purchase.
You should receive an e-mail immediately indicating the text you have provided for your customization. Feel free to use this to complete your order in regard to other items you wish to customize.
If you place more than one order today, due to our request for you to provide only one customization (plus one personalization of Baby Talk) per order, and the shipping destination is the same for such orders, we will combine these to save on shipping costs. We will follow up with you if needed and if a shipping refund is deserved it will be issued. In other words, we will do the best we can to make things more cost effective.
You will have the opportunity to review and approve your customization prior to us printing your order. You can make one change, at no charge, prior to printing. However, once the print order is submitted, another customization fee will be applied. If you choose to cancel a customized order, after acceptance of customization, the customization fee is non-refundable.
Get busy and have fun, paying attention to the following: You cannot use, add to, delete from or modify any of our registered trademark images in any fashion, via any format or medium, without our written permission or us producing such image, including any and all related text. By us providing customized or personalized images or products does not grant you ownership to any of our trademark images or the right to replicate or duplicate same. Customized or personalized text which is belligerent, conveys hatred (malicious or otherwise), illustrates bias based upon race, religion or ethnicity, toward another party or group, or that which is pornographic in nature is NOT acceptable. We reserve the right to not accept any customization or personalization request for whatever reason we so deem.
